CIQTEK (中科牛津) is a Chinese quantum sensing and diamond NV quantum technology company founded in 2019 by researchers from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and the University of Oxford. Based in Hefei, China, it manufactures and commercializes quantum sensing instruments, including diamond NV magnetometers, NMR relaxometers, and electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectrometers for scientific, industrial, and biomedical use. The company produces commercially available desktop diamond NV sensors and has shipped instruments to more than 100 research institutions worldwide. CIQTEK completed a pre-IPO Series D in October 2025 and received STAR Market IPO approval in December 2025, with an implied valuation of roughly CNY 11.7 billion (about $1.6B). It employs over 700 people. Its optically pumped magnetometer array can detect ultra-weak cardiac magnetic fields, and CIQTEK is regarded as the most mature quantum sensing company in China.
