The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT) is Singapore's national research centre for quantum information, founded in 2007 as a Research Centre of Excellence at the National University of Singapore. It has more than 200 researchers across atomic-physics, quantum-cryptography, quantum-photonics, quantum-computing, and quantum-foundations programmes, and hosts the Singapore National Quantum Office. CQT spinouts include Atomionics, S-Fifteen Instruments, SpeQtral (QKD satellites), Horizon Quantum Computing, and others. The centre collaborates with most major Singapore industry partners and with the international quantum-research community.
