About
Qrypt is a US quantum-secure encryption company founded in 2017. It develops distributed quantum key generation technology that removes the need to transmit encryption keys, using the BLAST protocol so that endpoints generate independent symmetric keys without the risks of key transmission. Qrypt sources quantum random numbers through partnerships with Los Alamos National Labs and provides cloud-based quantum entropy services reaching 1.5 Gbps data rates. Its encryption solutions integrate with NVIDIA BlueField-3 DPUs and Megaport networks, protecting against harvest now, decrypt later attacks with an anti-obsolescent architecture that stays secure even against future quantum computers. In 2025 and 2026, Qrypt extended its BLAST protocol to NVIDIA Jetson edge AI devices, partnered with Fortanix to add quantum entropy to its Data Security Manager, won an AFWERX SBIR contract to quantum-harden secure military chat, and joined the NVIDIA Inception program.
