Chelpis Quantum Corp is a Taiwanese cybersecurity company founded on May 2, 2017. It specializes in post-quantum cryptographic technology and quantum-safe solutions, and was founded by members of the cryptography laboratory at National Taiwan University. Its cryptographic systems have captured multiple global NIST post-quantum cryptographic standards. Based in Taipei's Zhongshan District, Chelpis provides zero trust architecture, network defense, quantum migration services, and blockchain security applications to prepare organizations for the post-quantum cryptography era. In April 2022, the company secured 2 million US dollars in funding for cryptographic solutions development. In August 2023, it established the Quantum Safe Migration Center (QSMC) in Taiwan to advance post-quantum cryptography research and practical applications. Chelpis collaborates internationally, including Dutch-Taiwanese partnerships, and positions Taiwan as a leader in post-quantum cryptography that protects sensitive data and communications infrastructure.
