TQI and Tesseract Quantum Partner for The Quantum Kid - The Quantum Insider

Insider BriefPRESS RELEASE — The Quantum Insider (TQI) is pleased to announce it has entered into a partnership with Tesseract Quantum, a Swiss educational non-profit, whose flagship YouTube science channel The Quantum Kid sports over 120,000 subscribers and nearly 3 million views. Launched in June 2025, the channel featuring 10-year-old Kai interviewing top researchers about complex science has received numerous accolades, including a Webby Award nomination and coverage from outlets such as ArsTechnica, New Scientist and Physics World. It has featured conversations with Nobel laureates Steven Chu, John Martinis and Karen Hallberg, quantum pioneers Peter Shor, John Preskill, David DiVincenzo and Scott Aaronson, and astrophysicist Avi Loeb, among many other leading scientists and innovators.

The Quantum Kid’s newest episode – exploring how quantum computing intersects with gaming, including a real quantum chess match – is available now on YouTube at @KaiTheQuantumKid. Run by theoretical physicist Katia Moskvitch and her son Kai, the channel explains concepts like entanglement and superposition, as well as the impact this technology promises to have on different areas of our lives to broad audiences, from children Kai’s age to high schoolers and curious adults. “Explain it to me like I’m 10” is the guiding motto behind The Quantum Kid – and it’s exactly what fuels this new partnership with The Quantum Insider.“I’m very excited to partner with The Quantum Insider to tell amazing stories about this emerging tech and beyond,” said Moskvitch, president and founder of Tesseract Quantum and creator of The Quantum Kid. “Thanks to our motto of ‘explaining like I’m 10’ we explore complex science through witty and ever-curious questions of a child – and thus get amazing insights that are valuable to pretty much anyone wanting to understand quantum.
