Morningstar covered the deal as a $300 million package. Rigetti’s filing shows 7.74 million shares at $12.92 and a first cash tranche of $43.9 million. Quantinuum will spend its check with GlobalFoundries on 300 mm ion traps and with Monarch Quantum on lasers. The same day GlobalFoundries locked funding of $375 million in a separate R&D award for Quantum Technology Solutions, cryogenic CMOS, and packaging. A Washington Examiner op-ed said the equity bet is fine if the Pentagon still makes every vendor prove the mission case under field conditions.In Bengaluru, QNu Labs raised funds of Rs 200 crore to scale quantum cybersecurity for about 20 banks and the Indian armed forces. Taxpayers now own a sliver of three public quantum names. That is industrial policy with a ticker.IonQ used Investor Day to launch Superion 256, a sixth-generation trapped-ion platform with on-chip Electronic Qubit Control.
