⚡ Quantum Brief
Quantum Computing Inc. (NasdaqCM:QUBT) will acquire Luminar Semiconductor’s remaining assets as the stalking-horse bidder, with the deal expected to close this quarter, pending final approvals. The acquisition aligns with QUBT’s strategic push into quantum photonics and optical communications, following its first commercial quantum cybersecurity sale to a major U.S. bank. Recent capital raises and the Luminar bid signal QUBT’s focus on expanding quantum hardware and security offerings, though execution risks and revenue growth remain key investor concerns. Despite a 2.3% 30-day stock gain, QUBT remains unprofitable with a $546K annual revenue and a 39.3 P/E ratio, raising questions about sustainability amid shareholder dilution. Analysts target an $18 share price, but valuation uncertainty persists due to limited DCF data, making deal terms and commercial contract updates critical for investor confidence.

WRLG got great competent management. But, 100k oz gold too small in today environment. They might looking for M/A opportunity in the future, or they might get take over by Aris Mining, I don't know. But, Frank Giustra stated he's believed in multi-assets, so that's my speculation. Anyhow, I want to be aggressive in today's gold price. I'm buying Lahontan Gold LG with this as exchange. Higher upside, more leverage. WRLG CEO is BOD's of LG, that's something. This will be my last update on WRLG, good luck!3|0USUser on Santacruz Silver Mining · about 16 hours agoThanks for your post but some of your calculations are wrong. It is only the actual silver that should be priced at 100/oz, not the zink and lead. The actual silver is about 5 million ounces and the rest is biproducts which cannot be calculated as 100/oz per silver equivalent. Since it would now require alot more zink and lead to create 1 AgEq with the current silver price which means their AgEq would become lower even if the production remains the same. I am still very bullish on the stock and I own it.0|0HOHolger on IREN · about 19 hours agoReported: Revenue growth: 2024 → 2025 sharp increase of approx. 165%. Assuming moderate annual growth of 40%, a fair value in three years would be approx. $170. Given the customer base and the story, this should be possible. I find the most valuable “property” particularly interesting, as it solves the electricity problem.
