The organiser expects more than 25,000 information security professionals from over 180 countries, alongside more than 750 cybersecurity brands. The programme covers AI security, ransomware, critical infrastructure protection, cloud security, digital forensics, cyber policy and zero trust.Encrypted traffic captured today does not need to be broken today. It can sit in storage until a quantum computer capable enough to break current encryption exists, then get decrypted retroactively. Security teams call this harvest now, decrypt later, and it is one reason quantum-safe migration is showing up on board agendas rather than only on R&D roadmaps. Post-quantum algorithms replace the mathematics that quantum computing threatens and can be rolled out across existing systems, which is why most migration plans start there. Quantum key distribution changes something different: how keys reach the endpoints in the first place. For an organisation that owns the network it runs on, and holds data with decades of sensitivity, that is the part which is hardest to retrofit later. An algorithm can be swapped again in five years. A key delivery path is a physical and procurement decision measured in years, which is why it belongs in the plan early rather than at the end.Post-quantum cryptography is part of what we do and part of any realistic migration.
