Hey everyone, After watching some videos on Grover’s algorithm, I was still struggling to grasp how it actually works under the hood. Since I don't have a deep background in physics, I decided to build and explain it myself purely through linear algebra (state vectors and matrices). I put together a GitHub repo aiming to build intuition for software engineers without the physics jargon. To make it practical, I also built a Qiskit simulator to visualize the theoretical scaling, and ran the same circuits on IBM quantum hardware to see where the physical decoherence cliff hits.

Hey everyone, After watching some videos on Grover’s algorithm, I was still struggling to grasp how it actually works under the hood. Since I don't have a deep background in physics, I decided to build and explain it myself purely through linear algebra (state vectors and matrices).
