(7News) — British quantum computing company Phasecraft is opening its U.S. headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, Gov. Abigail Spanberger announced Monday.The company plans to invest $113,000 and create 19 jobs in Arlington’s Ballston neighborhood.Phasecraft develops software and algorithms for quantum computers, with potential uses in materials research, chemical modeling and energy-sector technology.
