Just talk to us in terms of the first few months, like the early learnings, and even for you in terms of what's been different and what's been the same with regard to your prior role. John WoodsExecutive VP & CFO Yes, really good question. I mean, I think -- before I joined State Street, I think what I was thinking about has been confirmed really here in the first -- I guess I'm in the second full quarter of being on the platform. But first and foremost, scaled interconnected businesses around the world, it's just exceptional. There are 100-plus locations around the world, very different than a U.S.-based kind of regional bank. But it's been really impressive to understand the scale and reach of the businesses at State Street. And it's just been really helpful to basically dig in there.
