My name is Kjell Arne Hansen, and I'm the Head of Investor Relations at SoftwareOne. Joining me today are our Co-COOs, Raphael Erb and Melissa Mulholland; and our CFO, Hanspeter Schraner. In terms of agenda, Melissa and Raphael will start with a summary of the year and the Q4 performance. Hanspeter will then take us through our detailed financial performance.
