Pentair, a $4 billion water technology company, announced a CFO transition with Robert Fishman retiring March 1, 2026, after shaping its financial strategy. Nick Brazis will succeed him. De’Mon Wiggins, previously leading the Flow segment, now oversees both Flow and Water Solutions divisions, consolidating Pentair’s core operational leadership under one executive. The leadership changes were unveiled at Citi’s 2026 Global Industrial Tech & Mobility Conference in Florida, where executives discussed Pentair’s performance and future financial direction.
