I'm Kelly Gunn, General Manager Communications at NZME. Presented on the call today is Michael Boggs, our Chief Executive Officer; and Jo Hempstead, our new Chief Financial Officer. As Kelly just mentioned, I'm joined this morning by our new Chief Financial Officer, Jo Hempstead. So joined us less than 1 month ago, she's really hit the ground running coming into the business just as we report our full year results. I look forward to introducing Jo's or many of you in person in the coming days and months. Now on to the presentation, which you will see on the screen in front of you if you're joining us webcast. I'll start this morning by taking you through some of the highlights from across the business in relation to some of our key focus areas before taking you through our top-level results. I'll also talk a bit more about what we're seeing in terms of the market as well as consumer and business sentiment trends here in New Zealand.
