I'm excited to have Chris Hogbin here on stage today for his very first conference presentation as Lazard's new Asset Management CEO. For those that you do not -- don't know Chris, he was appointed CEO of the roughly $265 billion AUM franchise in September and started his role in December of last year. With 3 decades of global investment leadership, Chris brings deep experience overseeing the multi-asset investment platforms at scale and most recently serving as Global Head of Investments at AllianceBernstein. You came from an excellent firm. So when you were considering the opportunity to join Lazard as CEO of Asset Management, what were some of the key aspects that attracted you to Lazard and then to the asset management business?
