Ipsos reported €2.525 billion in 2025 revenue, reflecting 0.6% organic growth—below internal targets but aligned with cost-control measures under new CEO Jean-Laurent Poitou, appointed in September 2025. Operating margins hit 12.8%, meeting forecasts despite dilutive effects from 2025 acquisitions, including BVA Family and infas, demonstrating disciplined budget enforcement across 50 global operations. The earnings call emphasized the "Horizon" strategy unveiled January 2026, with 2026 outlook adjustments to accelerate growth beyond 2025’s modest gains, though specific targets weren’t detailed. EMEA performance was highlighted as a focal point, though regional data was incomplete in the transcript, suggesting potential volatility or strategic shifts in Ipsos’ largest market. CFO Olivier Champourlier provided granular financial breakdowns, reinforcing profitability over growth amid economic pressures, signaling cautious optimism for 2026 under tightened fiscal policies.

Nonetheless, the profitability is in line with what we announced for 2025 since we have 12.8% in operating margin before accounting for the dilutive effects of operations conducted in 2025, particularly the acquisition of the BVA Family and infas. Now then growth is less than hoped for. However, with a tight budget policy in the 50 operations, we were able to observe the necessary discipline to stay in line with our expectations for future years. So a few words about what we announced back in September and now the numbers as they have come out in the press release. In the EMEA region, that's
