IHG reported Q4 2025 results with 1.5% RevPAR growth, citing geographic diversity and brand strength as key drivers during the February 17 earnings call. The company achieved 6.6% gross system growth and 4.7% net growth, fueled by record hotel openings and robust development activity in 2025. IHG signed 694 hotels totaling 102,000 rooms—a 9% year-over-year increase when excluding 2025’s Ruby acquisition and 2024’s NOVUM Hospitality deal. CEO Elie Maalouf and CFO Michael Glover presented results remotely, with Maalouf in the U.S. and Glover at Windsor HQ, coordinating a global Q&A session. Analysts from Bernstein, BNP Paribas, and Morgan Stanley participated, probing growth strategies and operational resilience in the post-pandemic hospitality recovery.
