IDEAYA Biosciences announced key Phase III trial updates for Darovasertib, its lead asset, with topline results expected soon in first-line metastatic uveal melanoma. The primary endpoint is median progression-free survival. The company will launch a third Phase III study in neoadjuvant uveal melanoma this half, expanding Darovasertib’s late-stage pipeline. Nine total programs are in clinical development, showcasing a diversified oncology portfolio. A clinical data update for IDE849, its DLL3-targeting antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), is planned by year-end. Early data suggests best-in-class potential after robust single-agent activity was presented last September. Revenue grew 55% year-over-year to $10.88M in Q4 2026, beating estimates by $4.93M. Earnings per share of -$0.94 also exceeded expectations by $0.01. Umer, as you know, our most advanced program is Darovasertib, which is now currently in 2 Phase III randomized studies, one in the first-line metastatic uveal melanoma indication and then next in the neoadjuvant indication, we're looking to launch our third Phase III study this half. Obviously, very much in focus is our upcoming guidance around our top line results for the first-line metastatic melanoma setting here. The primary endpoint is median progression-free survival, and I'm sure we'll talk more about that today. But beyond that, we have a very deep pipeline. I would say next is a portfolio of assets in the ADC space. I would say probably most attention is to our DLL3 TOP1 ADC, IDE849. We are guiding towards a clinical data update on that program by the end of the year. And we believe this molecule does have the potential to be a best-in-class asset. As both you, Umer and John know, we did present a very robust single-agent activity as an oral presentation at the World Cancer Lung Conference last September. Beyond that, we also have a deep pipeline in MTAP-deletion. We have 2
