Flutter Entertainment reported 17% revenue growth and 21% EBITDA increase in 2025, driven by strong U.S. performance, particularly in iGaming and sports betting. The U.S. iGaming segment achieved 28% GGR market share by Q4 2025, credited to exclusive content and loyalty program integration, positioning it as the company’s fastest-growing division. CEO Jeremy Jackson highlighted ongoing sports betting improvements, though specific Q4 challenges were acknowledged, with expectations of continued progress in 2026. International markets were noted as a key focus, though details were deferred, signaling potential expansion beyond the U.S. as a growth driver.
