Align Technology’s CFO John Morici highlighted market stabilization in North America during Q1 2026, citing reduced uncertainty as consumers adapted to persistent inflation and tariff volatility. Consumer confidence improved despite geopolitical tensions, with patients resuming elective orthodontic treatments like Invisalign, reflecting broader economic resilience in healthcare spending. Morici emphasized operational consistency, noting that providers and patients now factor macroeconomic risks into long-term treatment decisions, easing short-term demand fluctuations. The discussion at the Leerink Global Healthcare Conference focused on sequential growth, with analysts probing how regional stability translates into sustained revenue recovery for Align’s core products. No formal presentation was given; instead, the fireside chat format allowed candid insights into Align’s strategic response to evolving market conditions.
