The German IT services firm reported record 2025 results, with sales hitting €1.47 billion—a 14% organic increase—while EBITDA surged 30% to €123.6 million, exceeding guidance despite economic headwinds. CFO Michael Knopp highlighted a 40% total sales jump from 2024 (restated to €1.286 billion), attributing growth to organic expansion in a challenging market, though specifics on restatement reasons were deferred. Management confirmed 2026 guidance projects continued sales and earnings growth, acknowledging persistent macroeconomic uncertainty but maintaining confidence in operational resilience and demand for digital transformation services. The earnings call emphasized strong execution in core sectors like cloud, AI, and enterprise software, though quantum computing or emerging tech contributions were not explicitly detailed in the financial breakdown. Dividend proposals and shareholder returns were teased but not quantified, with leadership prioritizing reinvestment in high-margin segments to sustain long-term growth momentum.
