I am working on a system called NebulOS that evolves and optimises low level ARM64 kernels using real hardware feedback. It measures PMU signals directly from the processor and uses them to evolve new kernels that run faster and more efficiently. Although it is not a quantum system, it is well suited for optimising the underlying numerical kernels used in quantum simulation, tensor operations, and linear algebra routines.
