DP World secured a five-year contract to manage Suzano’s 5,000-square-meter warehouse in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Brazil, starting February 2026, handling 152 tons daily inbound and 128 tons outbound for tissue products. The deal strengthens an existing partnership at the Port of Santos, where DP World operates Brazil’s largest pulp export warehouse, capable of processing 5 million tons annually. DP World’s Santos terminal hit a record 1.3 million TEUs in 2025, with $306 million in investments expanding capacity to 1.7 million TEUs by late 2026. The company now manages nearly 100,000 square meters of logistics space in Brazil, part of a $574 million investment since 2013 to boost multimodal trade networks. This expansion reinforces DP World’s role as Latin America’s leading trade gateway, integrating ports, warehouses, and freight to streamline supply chains for agribusiness and manufacturing.
