Chicago SRW futures were up 2 to 3 cents to close out the day. KC HRW futures were fractionally to 2 ¾ cents higher on the session. MPLS spring wheat was 3 ¼ to 4 ¼ cents higher. Crude oil finished the day with late pressure to close up just 26 cents, as reports surfaced of a potential 1 month ceasefire on the Middle East conflict. The next week looks on the drier side for much of the Plains and HRW country, which is not beneficial to the crop with ratings already spilling. A few spots in SRW country are looking at a wetter pattern in parts of the Eastern Corn Belt. Don’t Miss a Day: From crude oil to coffee, sign up free for Barchart’s best-in-class commodity analysis.
