My name is Pekka Vauramo. I have acted as the Chairman of the Board since the Annual General Meeting of last year. I would first like to introduce the Board of Directors. And as I mention your name, I ask each member to stand up so that the meeting attendance can see you. We'll start with Annika Paasikivi, the Vice Chair of the Board and also the Remuneration Committee Chair; Bernd Eikens, the member of the Board; Jonas Gustavsson, member; Anu Hamalainen and she's also been the Chair of the Audit Committee last year; Pekka Kemppainen, Annareetta Lumme-Timonen and Monika Maurer. Also, Juha Pollanen as a representative of the personnel has participated in the Board's meetings. Furthermore, members of the Board until the Annual General Meeting, there was Mikael Makinen as the Chairman of the Board, Jaakko Eskola as the Vice Chair and Per Lindberg as a member.
