Two craft fell on a building that was undergoing construction work and emergency services extinguished a resultant fire, he said. The energy giant Rosneft PJSC’s Bashneft unit has three oil processing facilities in the city with a combined processing capacity of 23.5 million tons a year. The facility is located more than 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) east of Moscow and about 1,750 km northeast of Kyiv.
