Pantheon Resources’ new Chairman, Michael Spencer, addressed investors post-AGM on March 12, 2026, outlining his vision for the company’s future as it nears its 20th anniversary since IPO. Spencer emphasized success would hinge on transforming Pantheon into a sustainable, high-value energy producer, though he acknowledged his recent appointment limits long-term strategic details. CEO Max Easley joined the Q&A, with both leaders committing to transparency but noting time constraints would limit live responses, promising follow-ups for unaddressed questions. Funding needs were a key focus, though specifics weren’t disclosed, signaling potential future capital raises or partnerships to advance projects in Alaska’s oil and gas sector. The session drew hundreds of attendees, reflecting strong investor interest despite the company’s ongoing challenges in scaling operations and securing stable financing.
