When the ASDP was established, Lysander provided its dealer, Portfolio HiWay Inc. (“PHW”), clear trading parameters, including that Class A units of CCIF may be sold under the 2026 ASDP at prevailing market prices but subject to a limit of no less than the most recently published net asset value per unit, less a maximum discount of 2.0%. At the time of the establishment of the 2026 ASDP, Lysander was not aware of or in possession of any material non-public information about CCIF or its securities.Class A units of CCIF are listed and traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: PBY.UN).
