Hermès reported exceptional 2025 financial performance despite global economic tensions during its April 2026 shareholder meeting in Paris, reaffirming resilience in luxury markets. Executive Chairman Axel Dumas and CEO Éric de Seynes led the meeting, highlighting governance stability and strategic continuity amid geopolitical uncertainty. Lucia Sinapi-Thomas, former Capgemini Ventures head, was nominated for the Supervisory Board, bringing 30+ years in corporate finance and emerging tech investments to Hermès’ leadership. The meeting focused on formal procedures, including appointing tellers like Julie Guerrand, signaling transparency in shareholder voting and financial oversight. No major operational shifts were announced, but the emphasis on innovation via Sinapi-Thomas’ appointment suggests potential future tech-driven growth initiatives.

She started as a business lawyer and then joined Capgemini, where she held strategic positions for more than 30 years, including as Head of Tax, Head of Corporate Finance, Head of Treasury and Investor Relations and then Deputy CFO until 2015. From 2016 to 2019, she was Executive Director, Business Platforms, as they say in French. Since 2019, she's been heading Capgemini Ventures, a vehicle focusing on investment in emerging technologies and innovation. I'd like to thank her once again for taking up our call and agreeing to put her name in the ring. Without further ado, can I suggest we move on to appointing the bureau. I shall appoint as tellers the 2 shareholders with the largest number of votes. First of all, Mrs. Julie Guerrand, representing
