Thank you. Good afternoon. Give everyone a minute to settle. Okay. I'll get started. It's great to see so many familiar faces here in the room, actually and also full room, so a number of new faces. It's great to welcome you. And equally, for those of you who are joining us online, good afternoon. Thank you all for taking the time to be with us today. I mean he told me he grew up in a place called Ibadan, I didn't believe him. But after that, actually, I really believe he grew up, pretty bad, which is a place of just outside Lagos where there's probably a bit more power cuts than Lagos.
