The so-called neocloud company, which builds and operates the high-performance computing infrastructure needed for artificial intelligence, no longer plans to run the proposed one-gigawatt AI facility in Bosquel in northern France, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing private business plans. Local authorities have opened an application process for alternative bids, after they had previously selected Fluidstack. A spokesperson for the authority said it has not yet picked a replacement developer.
