Chemistry Ventures, founded by Mark Goldberg, Ethan Kurzweil, and Kristina Shen—alums of Index Ventures, Bessemer, and Andreessen Horowitz—is raising a $500 million second fund, per an SEC filing. The firm, launched two years ago with a $350 million debut fund, targets early-stage startups in developer tools, fintech, and infrastructure, with portfolio companies like Granola and Nova Intelligence.
