BARK, Inc. held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on March 24, 2026, chaired by CEO Matt Meeker, with key board members and executives present, including legal counsel and Deloitte representatives. The meeting focused on four critical votes: electing Class A directors Betsy McLaughlin and Henrik Werderlin, ratifying Deloitte as the 2026 auditor, and an advisory say-on-pay vote. A proposed amendment to the certificate of incorporation would authorize a reverse stock split at a 1:2 to 1:30 ratio, subject to board discretion, aiming to boost share value. Allison Koehler, Chief Legal Officer, oversaw procedural formalities, including vote recording and stockholder questions before adjournment. The event included Broadridge Financial Solutions as the Inspector of Election, ensuring compliance with corporate governance and shareholder voting protocols.
