About
Turing is a quantum technology company, founded in 2014 by Prof. Seth Lloyd of MIT and Dr. Michele Reilly, that develops portable quantum memory devices and quantum-secure communications systems. Its central aim is to make quantum entanglement a commodity through distributed networks of quantum Random Access Memory (qRAM). The company produces portable quantum hard drives, called Turing QuBE units, for storing and distributing quantum entanglement, supporting uses such as quantum key distribution and quantum computing connectivity. Turing combines traditional and quantum machine learning to build practical applications for quantum computers across architectures including IBM, Google, IonQ, Honeywell, and Xanadu, with a particular focus on autonomous vehicles and quantum-secure communications.
