QodeX Quantum is a Chicago-based startup, founded in 2025, that builds quantum-native AI models and a platform for training and deploying them at scale. Its quantum machine learning applications let enterprises optimize operations and pursue new ideas without needing specialized quantum staff of their own. The company was founded by Zachary Bradshaw (CEO), Ethan N. Evans PhD, and Jeffrey Dale, with the goal of making quantum machine learning usable by businesses of every size. QodeX was selected for the inaugural Alchemist Chicago deep-tech cohort in October 2025 and receives support from IBM through the Duality accelerator's quantum software track, which gives it access to IBM's quantum computing platforms and technical workshops. The company also provides customer support and integration with existing business systems so each deployment fits the client.
