QMware AG is a Munich-based hybrid quantum computing company founded in 2020 by Markus Pflitsch and George Gesek. It runs the QMware Cloud platform, which combines quantum and classical computing resources and offers quantum infrastructure as a service. The company's hybrid approach merges classical and quantum hardware to deliver higher computing performance. In 2022, QMware was selected for a consortium to build Germany's first quantum cloud for industry, commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. Working with QuiX Quantum, it established the world's first fully integrated hybrid quantum computing data center in Enschede, Netherlands. QMware partners with Oracle to widen access to quantum computing. Its services span quantum cloud computing, algorithm development, benchmarking, and quantum machine learning for business, research, and academia.
