Main Sequence Ventures is an Australian deep tech venture capital firm founded in 2017 and established by CSIRO, Australia's national science agency. It has surpassed $1 billion in total funds under management, with Fund III of $450 million AUD announced in 2023. The firm has invested in 53 startups and collaborated with 28 Australian universities, and its portfolio companies have a combined value of about A$6.8 billion. Quantum computing is one of Main Sequence's priority investment areas, alongside decarbonization, cybersecurity, and advanced semiconductor technology.
