Kvantify is a Danish quantum computing company that develops quantum-ready drug discovery platforms. Its software calculates Unbinding Kinetics to complement and reduce costly laboratory experiments. The company focuses on quantum computing for life sciences, drug discovery, and chemical simulation, and it is part of Denmark's growing quantum technology ecosystem. In April 2024, Kvantify and the biotech company Novonesis achieved the world's first quantum computer calculation of an enzymatic reaction, using the FAST-VQE algorithm to characterize the behaviour of the carbonic anhydrase enzyme. In July 2024, Kvantify raised 10 million euros in seed funding led by Dreamcraft, with participation from Lundbeckfonden BioCapital, 2degrees, Redstone VC, 2xN, and EIFO. During 2025, Kvantify launched Kvantify Koffee, its first commercial product for pharmaceutical applications. In February 2026, it received 17.4 million DKK, roughly 2.5 million dollars, from Innovation Fund Denmark's Grand Solutions programme for the ODAQS project, running from 2026 to 2029 with Aarhus and Aalborg universities, to develop quantum software stacks for pharmaceutical molecular calculations. In March 2026, Kvantify secured 7 million euros from the European Innovation Council Fund and Delphinus Venture Capital to advance its Qrunch quantum chemistry platform and expand its market reach. It also demonstrated a full quantum chemistry workflow computing the ionization potential of ammonia (NH3) on IQM's Resonance cloud platform using Qrunch, and scheduled a webinar for April 9, 2026. Update 2026-04-16: Kvantify launched a computational method for determining binding affinity for drug design.
