GoQuantum is a post-quantum security company based in Santiago, Chile, founded in 2018. It develops post-quantum secure data transmission for telecommunications and grew out of the QIN Technology research project started in 2016. The company builds quantum-based hardware, including QRNG-integrated eSIM technology for secure communications, and serves banking, smart cities, industrial telecommunications, and IoT, 4G, and 5G security customers. It is led by CEO Raul Zuleta, a PhD candidate at the Politecnico di Milano, and CSO Jose M. Brito, who holds a PhD in quantum communications. GoQuantum is one of the companies shaping Latin America's emerging quantum technology ecosystem. In 2019, GoQuantum received seed funding from Wayra (Telefonica) and Manutara VC. Through 2025 it has continued to expand its post-quantum security solutions for telecommunications infrastructure, with a focus on protecting critical communications against future quantum threats.
