Arque Systems is a German quantum technology company founded in 2020 that develops silicon-spin qubit infrastructure and quantum device components, specializing in the design and fabrication of silicon-based quantum systems that use semiconductor manufacturing processes for scalable quantum computing applications, providing essential infrastructure components and services for the quantum computing industry with focus on CMOS-compatible quantum devices and silicon spin qubit technology development. In September 2025, a 5-qubit silicon spin-qubit processor co-developed by Arque Systems was deployed at the Julich Supercomputing Centre as part of the first NVIDIA DGX Quantum system at a major supercomputing centre, alongside Quantum Machines. In April 2026, Arque Systems joined the EUR 50M EU-funded SPINS pilot line for semiconductor-based quantum chips.
