Good afternoon, everybody, and welcome to Aegon's 2025 Capital Markets Day. My name is Yves Cormier. I'm the Head of Investor Relations. And on behalf of the entire team, I would like to welcome you today in the room and online. Our schedule for this afternoon is the following. So first, our CEO, Lard Friese, will present the group strategy, and he will also share the outcome of the review on the potential relocation of the group to the United States. Then our CFO, Duncan Russell, will share with you the details of our financial plans for the coming years. After that, we'll have a first Q&A session with Lard and Duncan. Then we'll have a short break. And then we'll come back to listen to first Will Fuller, CEO of our U.S. business, who will update you on the strategy of Transamerica. And finally, Shawn Johnson, CEO of Aegon Asset Management, who will take you through the Asset Management strategy. And then we'll have a second Q&A session.
